DELIVERY & RETURNS

UAE DELIVERY

We currently send all our greeting cards out with our trusted couriers, which if ordered before 2PM Noon will be delivered the next day. There are no deliveries on Friday’s and UAE public holidays. If you order on a Friday, your shipment will be dispatched on Saturday, to be delivered on Sunday.

With invitations, card sets, wedding stationery and wall prints, orders can sometimes make the next day, however during busy periods please allow 2-3 working days.

Our couriers offer customers a 3-hour delivery window between 9am to 9pm.

For ALL shipments, if the recipient is NOT available, our couriers will either leave the shipment outside the door or with the building concierge. If you do not wish for the shipment to be left, please state this when placing your order. We encourage all orders to provide a local telephone number for the recipient, this will greatly help our couriers to ensure a smooth, on-time delivery.

  • We do not deliver to PO box numbers.
  • Dinodrops will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

If you order a bouquet of flowers to send with your personalised card, the two products will be delivered together.

GIFT ITEMS

Because we sell many gift items, we have more than one warehouse and some of our personalised gift items are made by our gifted craft experts in various parts of the Middle East, due to this we cannot guarantee that a personalised greeting card or print will be delivered at the same time as a gift item.

We try to put as many items together as we can, however certain gift products take longer to create than others and therefore we cannot guarantee a dispatch date at the same time as other items.

Personalised gift items can take between 5 - 7 working days for UAE delivery.

Please allow up to 14 working days for INTERNATIONAL delivery on Gift Items.

Non-Delivery areas in Abu Dhabi vicinity:

Musaffash, GAMCO (Gulf Aircraft maintenance co), Airport Terminal 1, After airport site office, Al Bahia, Al Khatam, Al Khazna, Al Raha, Al Rahba, Al Saad, Al Samha, Al Sila Al Watba.

For WESTERN REGION areas of Abu Dhabi - we do not offer daily deliveries. Please be aware your order could be 1-3 working days delayed for these particular areas.

MIDDLE EAST

We currently offer shipping to Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman and Saudi Arabia.

Please note there is an additional delivery charge of for shipments to these countries, please allow 3-5 working days.

INDIA

For shipments to India there is an additional delivery charge, and shipments will take 2-4 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD

Shipments to other countries worldwide, there will be additional delivery charges and timescales. Please see the shipping information at the checkout.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Neither we, nor any delivery service that we use, shall be liable for any failure to perform Services where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside or reasonable control; these circumstances include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions (such as sand storm, snow, flood or extreme winds), fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, act of God or industrial dispute or strike.

RETURNS

We would hope that you never need this service, however if for some reason, you are not satisfied with your product please contact us using the details mentioned on our website to receive a full refund, for personalised items we can only issues refunds for the following reasons:

  • The product was damaged / defective
  • The wrong product was sent
  • The quality of the product is unsatisfactory & not the materials stated.
  • Due to the nature of personalised printed items, we do not offer refunds in circumstances whereby the customer selects the wrong delivery date, unless the error is mentioned to us 7 working days before the dispatch date of the item.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the problem occurred during placing order placing, therefore we are not responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect wording. To avoid this please always double check your finished product before proceeding to the checkout.

All requests for refunds should be processed within 48 hours of delivery due date.

Refunds will only be done through the Original Mode of Payment.
